    1. It was always my intention to rally the cheerleaders for his team…but my pep has popped, and besides my girls are anti. I will take your offer, and teach yoga to your team for strength training.

    1. Thanks, Steph. It’s just when people say, “twist,” I think of something out of place…like a (twisted) ankle or something. I suppose it could be taken in a more positive light.

    1. Blogging is exactly what I plan on doing. I actually started, as an outlet for another set of circumstances concerning my husband. Sort of like, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Make something beautiful.
